Getting a place in Jadavpur was my main goal, and Jupiter Aastha caught my eye. Being just a short distance from Narayana Hospital is a big plus for peace of mind. I'm considering one of the 2 BHK configurations, with a carpet area in the 671 to 698 Sq.ft range. The project by Jupiter Kolkata is under construction right now, with possession expected around December 2027. My biggest concern is the distance to the metro station, Satyajit Ray Metro Station is nearby, which means daily commute might involve an auto or cab. I prefer something closer to the metro. However, the proximity to essential services like the hospital is a strong point. I hope the construction quality is good.

We decided to book our fit home at Jupiter Aastha in Jadavpur. The location seemed promising, especially being so close to Carmel High School which is perfect for future needs. We are looking at a 2 BHK flat, and the carpet area around 680 Sq.ft feels like a good size for starting out. It is still under construction and scheduled for completion by December 2027, which gives us enough time to plan finances. The developer Jupiter Kolkata is new to us, but their project Jupiter Aastha looks decent from the brochures. We were searching for a new home in Kolkata and Jupiter Aastha in Jadavpur stood out. The convenience of having Carmel High School and Narayana Hospital practically at our dootep is fantastic. We are looking at the 2 BHK flats, and the carpet area of approximately 690 Sq.ft seems spacious enough for us. Jupiter Kolkata is developing Jupiter Aastha, which is currently under construction and expected to be ready by December 2027. The metro station is a bit of a walk at nearby, but we mostly use our car, so it's not a major issue. One thing that concerned us slightly during our visit was the parking situation depicted in the plans; it looked a bit tight. We are hoping this gets resolved or is manageable. Other than that, the location and size are great for our needs.

Jupiter Kolkata is building Jupiter Aastha, and it's scheduled for completion in December 2027. We visited the site, and the overall plan looks solid. The only drawback we noticed is the dust and noise from ongoing construction, which is expected but still a bit botheome. We are hoping the developer Jupiter Kolkata manages these aspects well until handover. The proximity to essential services is a major draw for us.
