The 2 BHK flat at 900 square feet offeenough space for my needs. The location in Jadavpur, Badam Talla is quite accessible. I was impressed with the amenities provided, especially the 24x7 water supply and the gated community aspect which offegood security. It is close to the hospital, which is very convenient. The main concern for me will be the parking situation as I have two caand the project details mention car parking but not how much space is allocated per unit. Price-wise, 40.5 Lakh onwards was within my budget.
