The price point of approximately 35 Lakhs was quite reasonable for Jadavpur. The proximity to the Jadavpur Police Station Bus Stop makes it easily accessible. My family also appreciated the greenery around the complex. One thing I noticed is the lack of readily available information about OC received, which is a slight worry for future resale value. However, the overall construction looks solid. It feels like a good value for money proposition.
