I finally found a good place for my parents in JP Iscon Riveide. It is ready to move in, which was a big factor for me as I live abroad. The area is Shahibagh, which they know well. The 4 BHK flats are quite spacious, around 2520 Sq.ft, which gives them plenty of room. Iscon Group seems to have a decent reputation. I liked that they have a Senior Citizen Siteout and also a Gymnasium for my father. The price was in the 1.54 Crore range, which felt reasonable for Ahmedabad. I just hope the maintenance charges are not too high. They also have 24x7 security which gives me peace of mind.
