We finally bought our own 3 BHK in Joy Shizukesa after yeaof renting. The built-up area of 2467 Sq.ft is a big upgrade for us, offering much more space than our previous rental. The location on NH-8 in Civil Lines is decent, and it's relatively close to the metro station at nearby, which is convenient for commuting to work. The Joy Bharat Group included a children's play area, which is fantastic for our little ones, and the landscaping looks beautiful. We are still a bit concerned about the parking situation, as it seems a little tight, especially if we have guests over. The price for the 3 BHK, around 2.15 Crore, was at the higher end of our budget, but the space and amenities made us take the leap. It feels good to finally own a home here.
