Joy Fern Residency is located in Rajarhat, Sukanta Pally. I bought a 2 BHK unit here, about 900 square feet. It's a ready to move property from 2015. The location is decent, with the airport nearby, which is convenient for official travel. The price for my flat was around 75 lakh. One thing I've noticed is that during monsoon season, the area around the project can get quite waterlogged, which is a bit of a concern. Also, the parking area seems a bit compact, especially if you have larger vehicles. Other than that, the amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are functional.
