    Relocating for work at Felix Hospital was a big step, and JMD Township has made it easier. The hospital is nearby, which is manageable. I needed a place that was ready to move in, and this project fit perfectly. The Vastu compliant design was important to me peonally. The landscaping and tree planting make the surroundings feel calm. However, the Noida Sector 144 Metro Station is nearby, so I still need to rely on cabs or a peonal vehicle for commuting to the metro. The power backup is a definite plus. It’s a quiet community, which is what I was looking for after long hospital shifts.
