As a retired professional, I was looking for a comfortable and convenient place in Noida. JMD Aashirwad Apartment in Sector 73 caught my eye. It's a 4 BHK builder floor with a good built-up area of 1500 Sq.ft. The price of 57.99 Lakh onwards seemed reasonable for the location. The absolute best part is having Shri Ram Singh Multi Specialty Hospital and Sapphire International School practically at my dootep – nearby distance makes it incredibly easy for any medical or educational needs. The Noida Sector 51 Metro Station is also quite close at nearby. Construction is ongoing and is expected to finish by December 2026. I’m a bit concerned about the parking situation given it’s a builder floor, but overall, the convenience of the location outweighs this.

It’s a spacious 1500 Sq.ft built up area, which feels like a lot of room for a single peon, but I plan to have guests often. The location is quite good; it's very close to Sapphire International School and Shri Ram Singh Multi Specialty Hospital, which are literally nearby. Commuting might be a slight concern though. The nearest metro station, Noida Sector 51, is nearby, so I’ll probably need a scooter or rely on autos. The price starting from 57.99 Lakh is okay, but I wish the amenities were listed. It’s still under construction until December 2026.

We are looking for a place for my parents in Noida and JMD Aashirwad Apartment in Sector 73 seems like a good option. It's a 4 BHK builder floor, which gives them plenty of space. The biggest advantage is that Sapphire International School and Shri Ram Singh Multi Specialty Hospital are right next door, basically nearby distance. This is very convenient for their medical needs and if any family visits the school. The price point of 57.99 Lakh onwards is also reasonable for the area. Construction is currently underway and expected to be completed by December 2026. We hope the quality is good as we won't be there to oveee it. The developer is JMD Construction.

I'm hoping the rental demand in this developing area will be strong. The lack of OC received is noted but typical for under-construction properties.

While the proximity to the hospital is fantastic, I am a bit worried about the general traffic and dust in this area due to ongoing development. Also, the lack of information on amenities is a bit of a concern for me. Hopefully, JMD Construction will provide updates.
