    As a doctor relocating for work, proximity to Max Super Speciality Hospital in Vaishali was my top priority, and JM Royal Park is nearby. I’ve booked a 3 BHK which is 1675 Sq.ft. The project by JM Housing offeessential amenities like a swimming pool, gymnasium, and importantly, power backup, which is crucial for professionals. The location in Sector 9 is also well-connected via public transport. The only slight drawback is the noise from the nearby expressway at times, but inside the apartment, it’s manageable. The landscaping and tree planting give a nice green feel to the complex. It feels like a peaceful place to come home to.

The Children Play Area is great for my two kids, they spend houthere. We got a 3 BHK which is 1965 Sq.ft, quite spacious for us. The swimming pool is also a nice amenity for weekends. My only concern is that the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houdue to the proximity to the Delhi Meerut expressway.
