I chose a 2 BHK apartment, 1340 Sq.ft built up, as I’ll be living alone for now. It’s ready to move, so I could settle in quickly. The developer, JM Housing, has provided good facilities like a gymnasium and a swimming pool. The price for this configuration was around 2.05 Crore. My only slight worry is the traffic noise sometimes, given its proximity to the main roads and the Delhi Meerut expressway. But overall, the convenience of location outweighs that.
