Finding a quiet place after retirement was my main goal, and JK Poojithas Waterfront seemed to fit the bill. I opted for a 2 BHK apartment sized at 1050 square feet. It is compact but sufficient for two people. The yoga and meditation area is a nice touch, and I enjoy spending my mornings in the landscaped gardens. The security is available 24x7 which gives me peace of mind. While the project is ready to move, I did notice the parking area feels a little bit congested during the weekend when guests arrive. Still, for the price point of 39.9 Lakh, it is a decent deal in Tadepalli. The builder, JK Builde, was helpful during the handover process.
