The main concern is the noise from the highway, which can be quite prominent, especially during the day. Despite this, the convenience factor and the project's readiness make it a practical choice for our family's immediate housing needs.

The price was a bit higher than I initially planned, but the builder, JDS Construction, seems reputable and the flat itself feels solid.
