They have large 4 BHK flats, over 5180 square feet, which is more than enough for them. The amenities like lifts and 24x7 water supply are important for senior citizens. My parents can also easily reach Jaypee Hospital within 8 minutes. The price is quite high, around 5.7 Cr, but I'm prioritizing comfort and convenience for them. The only downside I noticed during my visit was that the road leading to the project can get quite dusty sometimes due to ongoing development nearby.
