  We were renting in the city for yeaand finally decided to buy. Jayabharathi Meadows caught our eye because of the amenities like the community hall and the landscaping. We were looking for a 3 BHK, around 1350 square feet, and found one here for about 31 Lakhs. The idea of a gated community with 24x7 security gives us peace of mind. It's also good that there's power backup, as we can't afford to be without electricity. The location is fine, though Old Airport Road is nearby, which is a bit of a drive. The builder, Jaya Bharathi Construction Pvt. Ltd., has been around for a while. We hope the maintenance charges are reasonable.

The gated community aspect adds to the security, which is important. I found the apartment layout practical and the builder seems to have maintained the property well since completion.

The community hall and health facilities nearby were also appealing. The location in Bowenpally is well-connected, with KIMS - Sunshine Hospitals nearby. My parents liked the spaciousness of the apartment and the general upkeep of the common areas. They mentioned that the tennis court is a nice touch for active residents.

  This is my fit property purchase, so I was a bit nervous. I chose Jayabharathi Meadows because it's ready to move and the price was attractive, around 25 Lakhs for a 2 BHK. The apartment size is 920 square feet, which is a good start. I liked the idea of 24x7 security and water supply, which are essential. The location in Bowenpally is developing, and it's good that it's close to National Highway 7, nearby. However, the building looks a bit dated since its completion in June 2013. Also, finding parking for visitocan be a bit challenging sometimes. It’s not perfect, but for a fit-time buyer, it’s a reasonable choice.

The Wi-Fi facility is useful for our work-from-home needs, and the gym is a good addition. Paradise Metro Station is nearby, making commuting easier. We bought it for about 33.75 Lakhs. The developer, Jaya Bharathi Construction Pvt. Ltd., seems to have a decent track record. The construction was completed in June 2013. The only downside is that the immediate vicinity can get a bit dusty due to ongoing construction nearby. But we are happy with the apartment itself.
