This 3 BHK flat has a large carpet area of 1485 square feet, giving us much more room than our previous rental. The location in Trimurti Nagar is excellent, being close to Orange City Hospital & Research Institute is reassuring. The 24x7 security is a big plus for us. Our only minor concern is the dust from ongoing construction in the wider area, but we are hoping that will settle down soon. The lift facility is also very convenient.
