I considered the 1200 sq.ft plot which seemed like a good size. The price range from 15 Lakh to 50 Lakh is quite reasonable for this area. The main thing is that it is ready to move in. I liked that there is 24x7 water supply and security. The Devanahalli New Bus Station is nearby, which is convenient. However, the road leading to the project itself can be a bit narrow and dusty during certain times of the day. Also, I wish they had more varied plot sizes. Overall, it's a decent option if you need something quickly.
