We needed a ready to move flat and Janapriya Sitara A4 fit the bill. We got a 2 BHK measuring 580 square feet, which is cozy but perfect for just the two of us. It’s close to A S Rao Nagar, so weekend outings are easy. Janapriya EngineeSyndicate included solid waste management which is a good feature. The street lighting is also good, making the evenings feel safe. The only small issue is that the parking area feels a bit congested if you have a larger vehicle. Otherwise, we are happy with the purchase.

We just moved into Janapriya Sitara A4 and are still settling in. The location in Kapra, Secunderabad is quite convenient for my new hospital which is near Tulasi Hospitals. I found a 2 BHK flat that is 800 square feet, which gives us enough space for now. The developer, Janapriya EngineeSyndicate, seems to have decent amenities like 24x7 water supply and fire fighting systems in place. My main concern is the traffic getting out of Secunderabad during peak hou; it’s quite bad. I am hoping it gets better once we are more familiar with alternative routes. The landscaping looks nice though.
