The location in Begur is decent, and it's close to ORR. Jana Jeeva Estates Pvt. Ltd. Developed this project, which is ready to move in. The gymnasium is a nice amenity for us. While the prices were a bit higher than we initially planned, the overall quality seemed good. We are looking forward to settling in.
