It was completed back in 2013, and it’s ready to move in, which was a huge convenience. Jaiveer Constructions provided basic amenities like a lift and power backup. The location in Adah Nagar Colony, Secunderabad, is reasonably accessible. Our main concern is the finishing inside the flat; it feels a bit dated, and we might need to spend extra on renovation to make it feel modern. Also, the 1066 to 1133 square feet range means room sizes are just average, not huge. Still, it's a step up from renting.
