Being ready to move in 2013 meant the initial hype had settled, and the quality was evident. The earthquake-resistant structure and CCTV amenities add to the appeal. Proximity to Bolaram railway station (1.7 km) is a plus for travel. However, the parking situation can be a bit challenging, especially during visiting houIt’s not a luxury project, but it represents a sensible investment for the area. The surrounding neighborhood is developing.
