The developer, IVAN SMARTSPACES LLP P, seems to have a lot of amenities planned, like a swimming pool and a gymnasium. The price range fits our budget, starting from 55 Lakh. The construction is under way and expected to finish by April 2028. We visited the site and liked the bright, airy home design concept. The only slight concern is the dust from the ongoing construction, but that's expected. Overall, it feels like a good place for our fit home.
