Finding a place that feels safe and has good amenities is important for me. IRA Nilay in Yamnampet, Secunderabad, looked promising. The project is under construction and due for completion in April 2028. I really liked the proximity to Alroyce Multi Speciality Hospital, which is nearby, as is Rockwoods International School. This makes the location very convenient. The 3 BHK apartments have a carpet area of 1555 Sq.ft to 1855 Sq.ft. My only concern is that the parking seems a bit tight based on the layout I saw. I hope IRA Reality Tech Private Limited has planned it well. The rainwater harvesting system is a responsible feature I appreciate.

The children's play area looks decent, and the cycling and jogging track will be good for family activity. The 3 BHK configuration offea spacious carpet area, ranging from 1555 Sq.ft to 1855 Sq.ft. IRA Reality Tech Private Limited is the developer. It's still under construction with an April 2028 completion date. The Yanampet Bus Stop being nearby is also convenient for commuting. I am a little worried about the traffic on the main road during peak hou, but within the community, it should be fine.
