The price range of 40.88 Lakh to 52.48 Lakh was quite attractive for the size and amenities offered. Indigo Constructions seems to have a good track record. We liked the closed car parking facility. The only minor issue we've encountered is that water pressure can sometimes be a little low during peak usage hou, especially on higher flooTulasi Hospitals is nearby, which is reassuring.

The price for the 2 BHK was around 40.88 Lakh, which felt fair for the location and size. My only concern is the dust from ongoing construction in the vicinity, but I expect that to settle down.

We found the location in Secunderabad quite convenient, though getting onto the main road can take a few minutes. The price range of 40.88 Lakh to 52.48 Lakh for a 3 BHK was a stretch, but we managed. The kids' play area mentioned in the brochure wasn't as big as we hoped, but it's functional.
