The price range of 40.88 Lakh to 52.48 Lakh was quite attractive for the size and amenities offered. Indigo Constructions seems to have a good track record. We liked the closed car parking facility. The only minor issue we've encountered is that water pressure can sometimes be a little low during peak usage hou, especially on higher flooTulasi Hospitals is nearby, which is reassuring.
