    I am relocating to Kolkata for a new position and needed a place close to work. IBBJ Sonajhury in Jadavpur is perfectly located. Narayana Hospital - RN Tagore Hospital is right there, practically at 0 kilomete, and Carmel High School is also at the same distance. This makes the location very convenient. I am looking at the 2 BHK configurations, with carpet areas around 510 to 516 square feet. While the location is fantastic for access to essential services, the immediate area can get quite busy and parking might be a challenge given the density. IBBJ Construction has a project completion date set for March 2025, which works with my relocation timeline. The roads around here are also quite narrow.

The project is under construction and expected to be ready by March 2025. The biggest downside we've noticed is the dust and noise from the ongoing construction work, which is quite noticeable during our site visits. We hope IBBJ Construction manages this aspect well.

The only slight drawback I have observed is that the connectivity to the metro, like Satyajit Ray Metro Station at 2.41 kilomete, requires an additional commute, which adds time to my journey to work. IBBJ Construction is the developer here.

We liked that Carmel High School is literally 0 kilometeaway, which will be great if we plan for kids later. The Satyajit Ray Metro Station is also not too far at 2.41 kilomete, so commuting shouldn't be too bad. The main concern is that Jadavpur can get quite congested, especially during peak houWe visited the site last week and there was definitely a lot of traffic noise. IBBJ Construction seems to be making good progress though.
