We were looking for a new place and stumbled upon HSR Homes in Vaishali. The 3 BHK builder flooare quite spacious, ranging from 1350 to 1800 square feet, which is perfect for us. It’s ready to move in, so we didn't have to wait long. The location is decent, close to the Delhi Meerut expressway, making commutes easier. We also liked that Vivekanand School is right at nearby, which is super convenient. The price point between 90 Lakh and 2.5 Crore is a bit high for Vaishali, but the builder Desire Home Developer seems reputable. We are still considering it, but the proximity to the school is a big plus for our future plans.

I recently moved into a 3 BHK at HSR Homes. I work in IT and the proximity to the Delhi Meerut expressway is a lifesaver for my commute. The Vaishali Metro Station is nearby, which is manageable. The built-up area is around 1400 square feet, which is enough for me. It's ready to move, which was key as I needed a place quickly. The only downside is the traffic noise from the nearby roads can be a bit much sometimes, especially during peak houI paid around 1 Crore for my 3 BHK. The builder, Desire Home Developer, has been okay with addressing minor queries. Overall, it's a practical choice for working professionals in Ghaziabad.

We chose HSR Homes primarily because Vivekanand School is literally nearby. It’s a huge relief for our two kids. We got a 4 BHK builder floor, which has a built-up area of about 2000 square feet. It’s spacious enough for our family. The Vaishali Metro Station is nearby, and the Rajanagar Extension elevated road is also easily accessible, which helps when we need to travel further. The price for our unit was around 2.2 Crore. Desire Home Developer is the builder. One concern is that the construction dust from ongoing nearby development is still noticeable sometimes, but we are hopeful it will settle down. The hospital is also very close.

I am buying a 4 BHK builder floor in HSR Homes for my parents who live in Ghaziabad. They need to be close to Max Super Speciality Hospital, which is nearby, and thankfully HSR Homes is right there. The built-up area for the 4 BHKs is between 1800 and 2200 square feet, giving them plenty of room. It's ready to move, which simplifies things a lot. My parents can shift in immediately. The price is around 2 Crore for the larger units, which seems reasonable for this area and the hospital proximity. Desire Home Developer is the builder. I haven't seen it in peon, but my local contacts say it's a good option for elderly parents.
