HRG Santosh Residency is located near Vishwakarma Industrial Area, which has a few decent options we are exploring. The 2 BHK apartment we saw, around 805 square feet, felt a bit compact for our growing family, but the price was within our budget at around 32.2 Lakh. The builder, HRG Buildhome DevelopePvt. Ltd., mentioned it has an earthquake-resistant structure, which is a good safety feature. Getting to the NH 8 highway is very easy, which helps with commuting. We are still considering other options, but this is definitely on our list for now.
