We were looking for a home in Jaipur that was close to good schools for our children. HRG Santosh Residency is located near Vishwakarma Industrial Area, which has a few decent options we are exploring. The 2 BHK apartment we saw, around 805 square feet, felt a bit compact for our growing family, but the price was within our budget at around 32.2 Lakh. The builder, HRG Buildhome DevelopePvt. Ltd., mentioned it has an earthquake-resistant structure, which is a good safety feature. Getting to the NH 8 highway is very easy, which helps with commuting. We are still considering other options, but this is definitely on our list for now.

This is my fit property purchase, so I was a bit nervous. I chose HRG Santosh Residency because it was ready to move and the price was manageable, around 35 Lakh for an 805 square feet 2 BHK. The location off NH 8 in Jaipur is convenient for getting around. The builder, HRG Buildhome DevelopePvt. Ltd., seems to have a decent track record. The apartment layout is practical, and it felt like a good start for me. The building has lifts, which is essential. I am buying this apartment in HRG Santosh Residency for my parents who live in Jaipur. They needed a comfortable and accessible place, and this 2 BHK unit, around 964 square feet, seems perfect. The location near the Vishwakarma Industrial Area off NH 8 is convenient for them to access markets and for me when I visit. The price of approximately 38.56 Lakh was acceptable.
