I purchased a 1200 Sq.ft plot, which is a good size for future construction. The price of 12.96 Lakh was very attractive for a plot in this developing area of North Bangalore. Bangalore Real Estate Company has provided good basic amenities like 24x7 water supply and internal roads. My main concern is the dust from ongoing construction and traffic on NH207 during peak houHowever, the promise of a banquet hall and swimming pool offelifestyle benefits. The ready-to-move status made the decision easier, despite the OC not being available.
