We were looking for a decent place near Infopark and Hoysala Evm seemed like a good option. We ended up booking a 2 BHK which has a carpet area of about 962 Sq.ft. The price was around 65 Lakh, which felt a bit high but the location is fantastic for my commute. They have a swimming pool and a gymnasium which we plan to use regularly. The Seaport - Airport Road is also very close by, making travel convenient. We visited the project last week and construction looks completed. Power backup is a big plus for us as power cuts are common here. Overall, it feels like a good purchase for our needs.

The price was on the higher side, crossing 1 Crore, but the convenience for the kids is worth it. They have a children's play area and a jogging track which is good for family time. Key amenities like a gymnasium, swimming pool, and club house are available, which will keep them occupied. The major plus is the close proximity to Sunrise Hospital Kochi and Mar Thoma Public School, ensuring they have easy access to healthcare and the area is lively. My only concern is that the OC received status is not available, which I hope will be sorted soon.
