After retirement, I wanted a comfortable place close to essential services. Hindon Heights in Vaishali, Sector 4, seemed like a good option. It is a ready to move apartment, a 2 BHK of 1000 square feet, which cost me 1.16 Crore. The proximity to Max Hospital is a major plus for me, being nearby. Vivekanand School is also right there. Connectivity is decent too, with the Delhi Meerut expressway accessible. However, I find the rooms a bit smaller than I expected for the price. Also, the approach road to the project can get dusty during dry weather, which is a minor annoyance. The lack of OC received information is also something I am keeping an eye on.

The location in Sector 4, Vaishali, Ghaziabad is quite good. It is very close to Vivekanand School, which is convenient. Also, Max Super Speciality Hospital is just at nearby distance. Connectivity is decent with the Delhi Meerut expressway nearby. My biggest issue is the noise from the main road, especially during the day. The price felt slightly on the higher side for the area, but given it's ready to move, I accepted it. The developer has not provided OC details yet, which is a bit of a drawback.

We invested in a 3 BHK in Hindon Heights, Vaishali. The apartment is 1470 square feet and we paid 1.7 Crore. We bought it as a ready to move property, so we could start renting it out immediately. The location is very good, with easy access to the Rajnagar extension elevated road and the Delhi Meerut expressway. The Vaishali Metro Station is a short distance, which is excellent for tenants. Max Hospital is also very close. The only downside is that the construction quality seems average. We haven't seen any issues yet, but it doesn't feel as robust as some other projects. The builder needs to provide OC details soon as that affects resale value.

My parents wanted something spacious with good connectivity, and this seemed to fit the bill. The area is well-established with schools nearby as well. The main concern is the traffic around Vaishali during peak hou, which can be quite heavy. However, since it is ready to move, they can settle in immediately. The builder hasn't provided OC details yet, which is a bit concerning, but we are hoping for the best.
