The location in Kakkanad seems convenient enough, especially being close to the Cochin Univeity Metro Station. My father mentioned he can easily get to Aster Medcity if needed. The main concern for us is the connectivity to NH-47 and NH-17, both nearby. We hope this is not too much of a hassle for them for doctor appointments or travel outside the city. The flat itself seems decent, though we haven't seen it in peon yet, only through videos. Highness Apartments Pvt Ltd assured us about the quality.
