We moved into Hemgiri Vishwaganga Abode about two months ago. The 688 square feet 2 BHK flat we bought has a good carpet area for its size, which was important for us as we both work from home sometimes. Location is decent, close to Garware College Metro Station, so commuting is not too bad. The water supply has been consistent, which is a relief. However, finding parking can be a bit of a challenge during evenings when many residents return. Also, the road leading to the complex can get dusty during dry weather. We are still settling in, but generally, it seems like a comfortable place to live.

As an investment, Hemgiri Vishwaganga Abode seemed a sound option given its ready-to-move status and the developer Hemgiri Develope' track record. The carpet area for the 2 BHKs, ranging from 688 to 691 square feet, is decent. The project provides essential amenities like closed car parking and a fire fighting system. Its location in Parvati Dahan is also developing. However, the price range of 1.5 Cr to 2.01 Cr felt a little steep compared to similar projects in the vicinity. While the basic facilities are in place, I expected a bit more in terms of modern lifestyle amenities. It’s a functional property, but perhaps not for someone seeking luxury.

I was looking for a quiet and comfortable place for my retirement yea, and Hemgiri Vishwaganga Abode seemed promising. The 3 BHK flat, with a carpet area of around 1019 square feet, offeplenty of space. Being ready to move in, with completion in September 2021, meant I could settle in quickly. The inclusion of water conservation and rainwater harvesting systems is a plus point for environmental consciousness. However, I've noticed that the water pressure can sometimes be low on higher floo, especially during peak usage times. Also, while it is centrally located, the surrounding roads can get quite congested, making local travel a bit tiresome.

We chose Hemgiri Vishwaganga Abode primarily because of its excellent location for our children. Muktangan English School & Jr. College is literally a 2-minute walk away, which makes school runs incredibly easy. We got a spacious 3 BHK flat, over 1000 square feet carpet area, giving the kids enough room to play. The 24x7 water supply is a non-negotiable for us, and that’s been reliable. The electrical meter room and energy management systems are good additions. My only real concern is the traffic noise during peak hou, as it is located quite centrally. Overall, it’s a practical choice for families needing convenience.
