We moved into our 4 BHK villa at Heera Vaastugramam a few months ago. It has a spacious 2500 square feet built-up area, which is perfect for our family. Our kids love the children's play area and the badminton court. It’s also very close to Rajagiri Christu Jayanthi Public School, just nearby, making school runs much easier. The community hall is useful for family functions. The construction quality seems solid, and the maintenance staff are generally responsive. The only minor issue is that parking can be a little tight if you have multiple vehicles visiting.
