We were looking for a new place closer to Infopark Road and Heera Global City in Kakkanad seemed like a good option. The 1380 square feet 3 BHK flat we looked at was spacious enough for us. Being ready to move in was a huge plus because we didn't want to wait for construction. The proximity to Seaport - Airport Road is also convenient for commuting. Parking could be a little tight, especially if you have guests over, but overall it’s a decent deal for the location and size.
