We were renting a smaller place and decided to upgrade. Heartland Two in Yapral, Secunderabad offered a 3 BHK with 1180 Sq.ft built up area. It felt like a significant improvement for us. Being ready to move was a huge advantage, allowing us to transition smoothly. The proximity to A S Rao Nagar is also convenient. We visited the site a few times before finalizing. The construction quality looks solid. However, the parking situation could be better. It feels a bit cramped, especially if you have guests over with their caWe are hoping Heartland Infra addresses this eventually. For now, it's manageable.

Heartland Two has been a good choice for our family. We got a 3 BHK flat here, the built up area is 1180 Sq.ft. The proximity to Akshara International School is fantastic, literally nearby. This makes the morning commute for our kids so much easier. We also looked at the fact that it is ready to move in, which meant no waiting period. The area in Yapral, Secunderabad is developing nicely. My only concern is the traffic noise during peak houSince it's close to a school, there's always movement. Other than that, the space inside the flat is good and the builder, Heartland Infra, seems reliable.

I could see the actual product and the locality. Being close to A S Rao Nagar and Tulasi Hospitals is a definite plus for future rental potential or peonal use. Heartland Infra is the developer. While the flat itself is spacious and well-designed, I found the price slightly higher than expected, although I do not have the exact figures. The connectivity could also be improved. The road leading to the site is not the widest.

The builder is Heartland Infra. It is ready to move which was a big plus for us. We wanted to settle in quickly. The location seems good, close to Akshara International School. That's important for future plans. We haven't faced any major issues yet, but the road leading to the project is a bit narrow. It’s not ideal when you have multiple cacoming in or going out. Overall, it feels like a decent start for us.

Heartland Infra has provided a ready to move option which is convenient for them. They can move in right away. I chose this location because it is close to Tulasi Hospitals. My mother has some health concerns, so having a good hospital nearby is reassuring. The only thing I am slightly worried about is the distance from the main road. It’s a bit of a drive. I hope it doesn't become a problem for them.
