We chose Harivijay Aishwaryapuri CHSL SL L because the schools are so close. Aaryans World School is literally nearby, which is a huge relief for us. My husband also liked that Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital is also right there in case of emergencies. We picked a 3 BHK flat with 892 square feet carpet area, it feels spacious enough for our two kids. The location in Dahanukar Colony, Kothrud is quite convenient. The price was around 1.45 crore, which was within our budget. The construction was completed in March 2023, so it was ready to move in. Water supply is 24/7, which is essential. The only small issue is the traffic during peak houon the main road, but that's common in Kothrud.
