We liked the idea of a Piped Gas Connection and the Automatic Elevatowith Backup, which is a big plus. The location in Shela, near the Goga Maharaj Temple, is developing nicely. The price range from 59.0 Lakh to 62.24 Lakh is manageable for us right now. Construction is still underway, expected completion is December 2029, so we have time. The swimming pool and gymnasium amenities are also attractive for our lifestyle. We are seriously considering booking here.
