    We chose Happy City because of its proximity to Bhavan's Adaha Vidyalaya, it's literally nearby, which is a huge relief for the morning rush. Our 3 BHK villa is spacious enough for our family of four. The children's play area is a big hit with my kids, and they spend a lot of time there. The olympic size swimming pool is also a great facility for the entire family. Being a gated community with 24x7 security provides peace of mind. The internal roads are good for cycling. Happy Constructions provided a decent living space. The only minor issue is that during peak hou, the traffic on the main roads can be a bit heavy.
