The location in Secunderabad, Medchal is quite accessible, especially with Medinova Hospital and T. I. M. E. School being nearby. I bought a 250 sq.yd. Plot which is a decent size for future construction. They have good amenities like street lighting and a cycling track. The 3-year maintenance plan is also a plus. My only concern is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, it can get a bit slow. Overall, it's a stable investment for a government employee like me who values reliability and good connectivity.

They wanted a place with good amenities and security, and this project by Prime Estates Hyderabad seemed fitting. The area is relatively peaceful, although reaching the main city might take a bit longer compared to central Hyderabad. The developer, Prime Estates Hyderabad, mentioned it is ready to move, which is great. I liked that the project has Vastu compliant plots and ample landscaping with tree planting. The proximity to Medchal Railway Station, also nearby, is convenient for occasional travel. However, I noticed some dust on the internal roads, possibly from ongoing construction nearby. I hope they address this soon. Otherwise, it feels like a good start.
