    I decided to invest in GVR Vudumulas Home Land because the location in Syamala Nagar is excellent for long term value. Being a business owner, I value the ease of access to major roads and the fact that the project is now ready to move. GVR Infra has done a good job with the basic infrastructure like power backup and fire safety systems. I checked the 1190 Sq.ft 3 BHK unit and it is well designed. My only concern is the amount of dust in this part of Guntur due to some nearby construction activity, but that should settle down soon. Overall, the property is well managed, and the watchman is attentive to who entethe premises. It feels like a secure place for my family to stay while I am away for work.

We do think the project could use a bit more greenery in the compound, but that is a small compromise for such a prime location.
