We just moved into our 2 BHK at Gurumauli Vihar in Baner. The carpet area is good, our unit is 756 Sq.ft which feels spacious enough for us. It's ready to move which was a big plus since we didn't want to wait. Location is okay, close to NH-48, so getting to work is manageable, maybe 25 minutes on a good day. The prices were within our budget, around 80 Lakhs. The developer, Gurumauli Vihar, seems to have put in decent landscaping. Rain water harvesting is also a good feature. We haven't faced any major issues yet, just that the internal roads could be a bit wider.

I bought this flat for my parents who are settled in Pune. They needed a comfortable 2 BHK with good amenities. Gurumauli Vihar offeunits with carpet areas between 756 Sq.ft and 857 Sq.ft, which is plenty of space. The ready-to-move status was crucial as I couldn't oveee construction from abroad. The price range of 78.78 Lakh to 89.3 Lakh was acceptable for this location in Baner. They have included essential facilities like 24X7 water supply and a fire fighting system. It's also good that they have stormwater drains and street lighting. The only slight drawback is the distance to Jupiter Hospital, which is over nearby.

The price point of 89 Lakhs is competitive for the Baner area, considering it is ready to move. Completion was November 2020, so it's a fairly new construction. The developer, Gurumauli Vihar, has included standard amenities like 24x7 water supply and fire fighting systems. Proximity to NH-48 and the Mumbai-Pune expressway, both nearby, is beneficial for connectivity. My only concern is the absence of a mentioned OC received date, which ideally should be available for transparency.

This is my fit home purchase, a 2 BHK in Gurumauli Vihar. I was looking for something ready to move and within a budget of around 80 Lakhs. The carpet area of 756 Sq.ft is quite manageable for a single peon. The location on Sus Road-Pashan is decent, with D. A. V. Public School nearby at under nearby. The developer, Gurumauli Vihar, has provided basic amenities like closed car parking and 24X7 water supply. I also appreciate the internal roads and footpaths. My only hesitation was the lack of an OC received status, which made me a bit nervous, but the builder assured it would be available. Overall, it feels like a safe fit investment.

The price point was around 89 Lakhs, which is on the higher side but acceptable given the location. The developer, Gurumauli Vihar, has included essential amenities like a fire fighting system and community buildings. Proximity to the proposed metro station at Hinjewadi, nearby, is a future advantage. However, the distance to Jupiter Hospital is quite significant, over nearby. Also, finding open parking can sometimes be a challenge if you have guests.
