I picked up a 2.5 BHK apartment here, it's 1080 Sq.ft. The size is manageable for me as I work long houand don't need a huge place. Being ready to move was the main draw. The Sector 137 Metro Station is nearby, which is fantastic for my daily commute to the city. There’s also a school, SKS World School, very close by. My only reservation is the traffic on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway during peak houcan be quite bad. The price point was okay, around 1.55 Cr. The apartment itself is decent, good natural light. Gulshan Vivante seems to offer a good balance of connectivity and basic amenities.

Looking for a reliable investment, I considered Gulshan Vivante. The project is ready to move, which is a plus. I bought a 2 BHK, 1175 Sq.ft, for about 1.45 Cr. The price felt reasonable for the location in Sector 137, close to the expressway. The developer, Gulshan Homz Pvt. Ltd., has delivered this project quite some time ago, back in 2010. That longevity is reassuring. The apartment is functional, and the community has basic facilities like a club house and gym. The main concern is the lack of readily available information on OC received, which can be a hassle for future resale or loans. However, the proximity to the metro and schools is a definite advantage.

It's 1395 Sq.ft, which is a good upgrade from our rental. The amenities are quite nice, especially the swimming pool and the amphitheater. It’s also great that there's a cricket pitch, my husband loves that. The price was around 1.90 Cr, which was a stretch for us but manageable with our combined incomes. The location is decent, though sometimes the dust from the expressway construction can be a bit much. Gulshan Homz Pvt. Ltd. Has been around for a while, which gave us confidence.
