The project is located in Moshi, Bhim Nagar, and offe1, 2, and 3 BHK flats. We opted for a 3 BHK. It's ready to move, which meant we could settle in quickly after shifting. The GS Group has provided amenities like a children's play area and community buildings, which are great for families. The connectivity to Dehu-Alandi roads is also a plus. My only minor concern is the parking; the open car parking slots are quite close together, making it a bit tricky to maneuver larger vehicles. Still, the convenience for school is unbeatable.
