    We chose GRK Eco World primarily for the location. Jayshree Periwal High School is a short distance, which makes school runs very easy for our kids. We got a 3 BHK with a carpet area of around 1105 square feet. The project by GRK BuildeAnd developeis ready to move in, which was a big factor for us. The landscaping and tree planting add a nice touch to the surroundings. My only slight worry is the dust from the nearby highway construction, but hopefully, that will settle down soon. The swimming pool is a big hit with the children.
