We bought a 3 BHK apartment in Griham Orchid. The location in North West, Zundal is decent, and it's good that KD Hospital is very close by. The construction status shows it was expected to be completed by January 2023, but we are still waiting. The price for the 3 BHK units, going up to 67.23 Lakhs, felt a bit high for this area, but the build quality looks promising. They have included amenities like Solar Lighting and a Fire Fighting System, which are important safety features. The Granite Kitchen with Stainless Sink is a nice touch. We are also getting good parking space, which is a relief. Griham Infra needs to ensure the remaining work is finished soon.

I chose Griham Orchid for my fit property purchase. The location in North West Ahmedabad, near Zundal Circle, is convenient for me. I liked the idea of the 7-Story Vertical Living Experience and the earthquake-resistant RCC structure. I opted for a 2 BHK unit which has a plot area of 616 Sq.yd., feeling it's a good size for now. The price of 49.54 Lakhs was manageable. My main concern is the road access; you have to go via TPS. No.74 and B/h Shagun 108, which can be dusty during construction. The inclusion of a Children's Play Area and Senior Citizen Siteout is nice for future family visits. Griham Infra seems to be adding good features.

The 7-story vertical living experience sounds modern. We looked at the 2 BHK configuration, which has a plot area between 576 Sq.yd. And 616 Sq.yd., and it felt like a good size for us. The price around 50 Lakhs fits our current budget. We are a little worried about the traffic on the main road during peak hou, as it can get quite busy. However, the inclusion of 24x7 Security and CCTV surveillance gives us peace of mind.
