I appreciate the tree plantation and landscaped gardens; it feels quite peaceful. The cycling and jogging track is a great facility for staying active. Being retired, I value the 24x7 security and the 24x7 water supply a lot. The Olympic size swimming pool is a bit more than I need, but it's nice to have. The price was reasonable for Devanahalli, though I wish the OC status was available. I hope the sewage treatment plant works efficiently. Overall, it's a pleasant environment.
