I purchased a 1.5 BHK flat, around 924 Sq.ft built up. The project is ready to move, which suited my immediate needs. Goyal & Co. & HN Safal have developed a project with good facilities, including a gymnasium and a mini theatre for entertainment. The 24x7 security is also reassuring. However, I have noticed the traffic on the SP Ring Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is a slight concern for my daily commute. The landscaping looks nice though.
