We liked the 901 sq.ft plot size as it’s manageable for us right now. It is ready to move which was a big plus. The power backup is also reassuring for our work-from-home needs. The only thing is that the roads within the project are still developing, so there's a bit of dust during the day. Overall, it feels like a solid investment for the future, especially being so close to the Ring Road.
