It's also relatively close to Vishwa Venkateshwara International School, about 4.7 kilometeaway, which is manageable. The connectivity to Bengaluru-Mysore expressway is a definite advantage. We booked a villa here because it felt like a good balance of space and amenities for our growing family. The 4 BHK villas were priced upwards of 1.97 Crore. The 2010 completion date means it's an older property, but it seems well-maintained.
