The 2 BHK apartments are 1426 sq.ft, a comfortable size. The swimming pool and gymnasium are great for unwinding after work. It’s close to the Seaport - Airport Road, making commutes easier. The price range starting from 64.17 Lakh is reasonable for a ready-to-move property in Kochi. My only concern is that the parking area could be a bit more spacious, especially for visitoBut other than that, it's a good place.
