It’s a ready-to-move project with amenities like a sewage treatment plant and rainwater harvesting, which shows good planning. Being close to gnana deepa academy residential school is also a bonus. The only slight drawback is the traffic on Gokare Road during peak hou, which can make the commute longer than expected.
